Another sicko....
Just saved a couple of emergency animal numbers on my phone so I won't be totally useless if I come across any mistreated animals and such.

I don't want to read - I hate things like that. Cruelty to animals is the worse abuse in my opinion, it's sick.

That's just plan flat out sick, how demented do you have to be to stab a helpless animal 18 times? Such good looking dog too, the person who did this needs to be castrated to they can not reproduce!
