The question is in the title, what would you as guests or members like to see changed on the site.
What would make you want to register on the site, or encourage you to visit the site more.
Would you change the colours, the way the site looks.
Add things, remove things, if you was running this site what would you change to make it more appealing to your guests, I created the site, but can only guess what members want, so please leave your comments/criticisms/suggestions here and all will be noted.

When i was accessing the forum, it was showing mobile version by default and i was mistaken that its not having logo or custom header. Later came to know that forum has regular as well as mobile version. So kindly make it clear, so that new member should not be confused on the design part, as esthetic plays important role as well.

I will make a post about the mobile theme thanks, i did mention it in a post about new features.
At the bottom of the mobile theme is a link to switch to full version also is a dropdown menu to choose a different theme i think i may also add a notice to the header in the mobile theme to tell users they are using a mobile theme, the idea of it is to save mobile users data charges by having a lighter version of the forum. Also thanks for feedback on the mobile theme.

Oh, just notice one other thing, it would be nice if it would auto resize the avatar for me.

You can just click on each of the lab heads on the index to mark that perticular forum read or there is a link in each thread listing to make forum read, but i'll look in to adding a button or link on the index, to mark all forums read.

I definitely would NOT mess with the colors. You have a great color scheme and layout, which is very tasteful and inviting. I'm a bit of a web designer myself (formerly professional), and in my opinion you're striking a very good balance here.

One question, though. It seems that at a lot of forums it is the norm to automatically subscribe someone to a thread when they reply to it. As far as I can tell, that isn't the case here. Do you think that is something worth considering?

I have turned off the auto subscribe feature by default, as not everyone wants it,but is available to those who need it.
If you want to enable it just go to your usercp>edit options> and change Default Thread Subscription Mode: to what ever you want.

I have it turned on now, but I would say it should be on by default. I notice that many more people come back to post when they realize that a new post has been made. Made my forums activity go up significantly.

Thanks i will look into it, but don't think it will change it for current members. I'm pretty sure it can be turned on when you register.
