I'm not sure as the board is configured to show photobucket videos, i'll have to take a look at this i'll see if i can fix it.

I've tried clicking the link, and I just get asked for a password so I have a feeling it may be something to do with your photobucket settings.
As I also tried with my own photobucket account and it inserted the video.

Well i've fixed up the link so the video can now be viewed but, still not sure how to get it to appear in a video window.

I think its just the way photobucket works, the only way it might work is with the html code but don't allow that in posts.
There are many video hosting sites that will auto embed on the board.
Any way toby is adorable, I'm sure you'll have great fun with him.
