I'm looking for your ideas on how we can make the forum more appealing to others, so we get more join up.
I'm willing to try anything, whether it be a new feature or anew look, new images and logos, more smilies, just anything you think would attract you and possibly new members just let me know your ideas.

It would be useful if you could get more 'hits' on google under ladrador forums, etc its a lot better if you appear on the first page somewhere near the top as thats where most people look at not 100% sure how its done though.

That is something i'm working on, if you search labrador forum i think you'll find we are about 7th but that is just half the story.

Google is the Daddy. Get out there blog posting and using the URL field in your replies.

I think the most obvious way to broaden the appeal of the site is to expand it beyond Labs to other breeds, though maybe you're not interested that and clearly it takes away from the niche appeal of the site. Maybe some articles with tips on training, etc?

Thanks for your suggestion however the site is meant for labradors/retrievers and that is the way i would like to keep it.
Of course with anyone wants to write a topic on training or something, feel free.

I was going to open up a section for other breeds, but that will be when the site is busier as i understand people will have more than one dog that could be other breeds and i would like to cater for them people to i may even open up a section for other pets.
