Forum Logo and slogan

The cuurent logo is this:

I'm thinking of changing it to this:
   
and the slogan is this:
The forum for owners and fans of labradors, labrador crosses and retrievers!
I'm thinking of removing this completely or removing it to the other side under the welcome box.
So what do you want to see happen i've tried it on my test board with the new logo and no slogan and i quite like the look of it.
I would appreciate any feedback.

Late, but seeing as no one has replied - I will. I think the new logo would be better than the current one Just not sure about the slogan though.

If the slogan stayed under the new logo, i think it makes the header to big so would have to moved or removed.

I like the new logo better, I think the site name and forums explain the purpose of the site better than the slogan so I doubt it would be missed.

Because of all the threads i read over there, most have said they will only do paid work something that may be worth considering but at the moment I'm unsure of the future of lab-lovers.
