Which one serves as a better couch companion?

RE: Chocolate or Yellow?
To be honest, all labs are great companions no matter what the colour.
But my mom had a choc and he was rather laid back trixie is yellow and she is quite hyper.

I'd prefer to have a mix between the two. Ya' know, like sometimes hyper, sometimes sweet and loving.

RE: Chocolate or Yellow?
All labs get hyper at some point, my personal choice of colour would be fox red, if I was to have another.

RE: Chocolate or Yellow?
Color really doesn't factor into behavior at all.

I've met (and have) a yellow who's calm as can be, have a black who is hyper, and met chocolates who are mellow as well.

It all depends on upbringing, parentage, and a host of other things.

I would agree colour doesn't really factor, trixie is from working lines and is quite hyper as have been other labs we've had from working lines.
And the labs from the show lines have always been ore laid back.

In dogs, just like in humans, color isn't connected to behavior Wink
